In this teaching we take a look at the disciples that deserted Jesus in John 6:66. The disciples were unwilling to come to Jesus on His terms, instead they sought to find a religious list of things they could do for Him to gain His approval. God declares that the only thing He requires of us is to believe. If we are willing to believe what He has done for us on the cross, what He promises to be for us and how He will provide for us, He will never reject us. If we look only to Him for our answers, He will permanently satisfy us, make us complete, and meet our every need. It is our choice: We can be marked by our unbelief, choosing to believe it is all too difficult and too good to be true, OR we can chose to believe the truth and experience the unconditional, abundant love of Christ.
