If you are willing to give the word of God its place of authority in your life and submit to its leadership, not out of fear or coercion, but because the word was sent to do a work of redemption, love and mercy in your life, then it will expose every thought and intention of your heart. However, this is not to hurt or embarrass you, but to show you what you need to push aside to remove the static and all of the barriers that interfere with hearing the voice of God and seeing His leadership and His love in your life.
