All is in place for Jesus’ return with the exception of one event, the marriage supper of the Lamb. His sacrifice made it possible for us to participate in this great event. Blessed are those who are invited to this feast. The participants are clothed in the righteous deed which Jesus did in and through their lives. The bride of Christ is contrasted with the harlot of apostasy. Sadly, we find she lives even in John’s soul as he adulterously bows before the angel in worship. He is commanded to worship God only.
