Even shipmasters and sailors mourn this woman’s demise. This is a picture of the pastors, elders, and leaders of religion. Those who fish for the souls of men. They mourn because they do not want to lose the money that she provided for them. The sailors of Tyre provide for us a type of those who serve this woman and grieve her destruction. All true believers however are to rejoice over her destruction as those in heaven rejoice and worship God.
