The Spirit warns us to constantly consider our great salvation. If you neglect it, you will drift from it (faith is always active and never passive) and once again become enslaved by your Old Sinful Nature. Jesus saved us from so much generational destruction so we might live as a son of God, free from the sin passed down to us by our forefathers, experiencing eternity now and in every moment of our lives.
