The righteous shall live by faith. If you shrink back to religion God will bring temporal judgment into your life. The Levitical system had been made obsolete by the cross and was brought to a final end. Our New Nature lives by faith for without faith it is impossible to please God. If what you think, say and do derives from the New Nature it is good and pleasing to God; if it derives from you it is not. We must believe that He is our “I Am” and bet our lives on all God has said about Himself and about us.
